Based on the diagnostic analysis, the massage therapist plans ten (10) sessions that integrate different therapeutic massages. It is important that you make a commitment to yourself, your body and your health of accomplishing all ten sessions to be performed.

Athletes require personal cares according to their discipline and practice. The Advanced Sports Massage suits your needs. At these sessions, your therapist manipulates soft tissues to release tension, reduce pain, restore mobility and promote good condition. It is ideal to treat injuries as well as a preventative treatment that deals with the health of muscle and connective tissue, range of movement, tone, symmetry, balance of muscle, and quality of posture. The techniques used are proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, active isolated stretching, cryotherapy, thermal therapy, among others. The results are impressive, after a few sessions, you will notice a dramatic improvement in your performance.
Myofascial Sports Massage
Following on from the athlete’s care, the Myofascial Sports Massage is one option for those who need treatment to common sports-related injuries, such as neck, lumbar and thigh strain, rotator cuff dysfunction, piriformis iliotibial band syndromes, anterior and posterior compartment syndrome, and plantar fasciitis. The Myofascial release is a technique used by many sport massage therapists. It is aimed to stretch the fascia, a connective tissue that surrounds all muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, and organs within the body. This tissue can improve elasticity through physical and emotional trauma and poor posture. Through Myofascial Sports Massage, you improve muscle mobility, flexibility, blood flow, and it relieves pain.
