Hot stone massage

Neuromuscular therapy (NMT)

Cupping therapy
You can get this therapy for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, well-being, and as a form of deep-tissue massage. Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. The effects are relief of muscle tension, improvement of blood flow and promotion of cell repair.
Gua Sha
The purpose of this therapy is healing. If you feel pain, stiffness, fever, chill, cough, wheeze, nausea or vomiting, you will find in Gua Sha immediate relief as it releases unhealthy elements from injured areas and stimulates blood flow and healing. Gua Sha treatment is effective in acute and chronic internal organ disorders including liver inflammation in hepatitis. The strength of Gua Sha is that normalizes your metabolic system.

  • You can combine up to three (3) therapies on the previous list in each session, without extra cost.
  • Consider these therapies if you require pain relief:
    • Back pain (lumbago).
    • Carpal tunnel syndrome.
    • Sciatica (low back pain).
    • Pain in joints.
    • Shoulder pain (frozen shoulder).
    • Neck pain.
    • Tennis elbow and golfing shoulder.
    • Pain in knees, hip, ankles, or feet.
Based on the diagnostic analysis, the massage therapist plans ten (10) sessions that integrate different therapeutic massages. It is important that you make a commitment to yourself, your body and your health of accomplishing all ten sessions to be performed.

The goal is to help to correct body postural imbalance.

Medical massage
You get an outcome-based massage after a thorough assessment/evaluation by a medical massage therapist. We work on your needs, that’s why our treatments are targeted to your particular problem(s).

Sports massage

Sport massage enhancement and recovery
This treatment combines sports massage and hydrotherapy as used in the Olympic games. The therapist focus on boosting your motion and flexibility, as well as, supplying oxygen and nutrients as lactic and uric acids are lessened.
Pre-Event massage
Recommended when you have a competition or a specific event and you want to be in your best shape. It takes about 10-30 minutes and is performed the day prior to the event. The focus is on preparation for high-intensity activity, and its goal is to get your body warmed-up for the upcoming effort.
Post-Event massage
You need time to recover after a competition or a physically demanding activity. You can shorten recovery time with a Post-Event Massage if they are performed within 72 hours after the event. Our therapist focuses on your recovery, increasing circulation, reducing muscle tension and encouraging relaxation. These sessions take about 30-45 minutes plus assessment and aftercare counseling.
Advanced Sports Massage
Athletes require personal cares according to their discipline and practice. The Advanced Sports Massage suits your needs. At these sessions, your therapist manipulates soft tissues to release tension, reduce pain, restore mobility and promote good condition. It is ideal to treat injuries as well as a preventative treatment that deals with the health of muscle and connective tissue, range of movement, tone, symmetry, balance of muscle, and quality of posture. The techniques used are proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, active isolated stretching, cryotherapy, thermal therapy, among others. The results are impressive, after a few sessions, you will notice a dramatic improvement in your performance.
Myofascial Sports Massage
Following on from the athlete’s care, the Myofascial Sports Massage is one option for those who need treatment to common sports-related injuries, such as neck, lumbar and thigh strain, rotator cuff dysfunction, piriformis iliotibial band syndromes, anterior and posterior compartment syndrome, and plantar fasciitis. The Myofascial release is a technique used by many sport massage therapists. It is aimed to stretch the fascia, a connective tissue that surrounds all muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, and organs within the body. This tissue can improve elasticity through physical and emotional trauma and poor posture. Through Myofascial Sports Massage, you improve muscle mobility, flexibility, blood flow, and it relieves pain.

You and your loved one will be in a private room with side-by-side massage tables and two therapists who work on you both at the same time. We create a romantic atmosphere so that you relax and reconnect.
